Getting out of our own “boxes” sometimes requires keener insight into the minds, habits, likes, and dislikes of those we serve. Forget what you know about Millennials; today’s young people, Generation Z, are different than any other generation. Research has shown that not only their brains look different than ours, but they function differently.
